Arimidex

Hi all,
Two quick questions for you please.

My Doc has put me on a Quarter of a 1mg pill of Arimidex every 3 days. Does it take time to build up in my system or does it start working straight away ?

I am taking 100mg of Test per week with 250iu HCG shots on days 5 and 6. Does my Arimidex dose sound like enough ?

Ive read that .25mg is just as effective as 1mg so i would think your fine at that dosage.

I adjust size of my T shots so I can get my BAT~575
Blood drawn 48hrs after T shot.
I adjust my Arimidex/Liquidex/Anastrozole so I am within range on my blood test.
Final adjustment to AI I do using my nightly wood as indicator.

Currently I am on E2D schedule.
Day#1 Tshot=0.255cc + 0.25cc Anastrozole
Day#2 500iu HCG
using 31Ga 5/16" long needles

I aim at DHT on top of range or little over.

The tests that I use at Quest Diagnostiscs:

Estradiol, Ultrasensitive, LC/MS/MS (30289X)
Testosterone, Free, Bio/Total (LC/MS/MS)
Dihydrotestosterone, Free, Serum (36168X)
