    Target homocysteine level

What is a healthy homocysteine level? I just had mine tested for the first time:

    Homocysteine, Plasma 10.0 umol/L [0.0-15.0]

Seems high... another indication of poor methylation... time to increase the TMG.

You can also add b-6, b-12, and folic acid along with TMG to help lower homocysteine

Ideal, according to LEF, is below 7.0. But, according to some, you can also go too low - which also screws up methylation.
