Hi
i read somewhere that people who eat more carbs have a higher t3 thyroid hormone level, is this correct?
e.g. if i eat only protein for breakfast i feel more energy and less hunger but if i eat sandwiches i get hungrier quicker, this makes sense and all, but:
does it also correlate with higher temperatures in your body (as i have measured) and thus higher t3 levels?
or am i just talking out of my ass?
thx!
