Tamoxifen and Arimidex

Are tamoxifen and Arimidex only used to control/lower estradiol, or can they be used to do a restart by themselves? thanks

Tamoxifen is great for HPTA restoration and I find it is the best test booster there is. Works wonders for me even when not using it for PCT.
