have you guys experimented here with a diet for adrenal fatigue?

i notice that when i take oats in the morning i feel like crap and taking protein (eggs or a shake) i feel much better

also in the afternoon a big meal kills any energy i have left over

suggestions for something in the afternoon?

has anyone had success with a high carb meal before sleep to go to sleep easier?

other recommendations? im trying to get this diet thing in check!

I assume you're off all stims right, just checking. The mid-afternoon energy slump could be because of a lack of complex carb at lunch to keep your energy going during the afternoon. Try some slow complex carbs like barley, quinoa or beans at lunch and see if that helps. Also some people just don't handle carbs well. I don't know about carbs before bed, I would recommend not eating too close to bed though because food digesting in your stomach can keep some people up. Something simple like cottage cheese is a favourite. I usually do an omelette and some coconut oil (which is in a solid state cuz it's so damn cold up here in Canada lol) about 90 mins pre-bed.

Also I know it's not diet related , but you might want to look into Reset AD, although you might have already read up on it.

Yes, as much as possible. Used to drink up to 10 times coffee a day. Colleagues would just stand up, assume i want caffeine or ask and i would say hmm why not and so i consumed a lot of caffeine.

On water I do much better. I tried one week of lots of water and honestly this felt way better (1-2 cups coffe then max).

I can feel it if i take a banana in the morning this is worse for me than eggs.

Complex carbs huh in the afternoon okay i will try that.

any recommendations on a 10 a clock snack between breakfast and lunch?
