weird results

got some weird lab results today. been on 150mg test cyp every ten days and synthroid 100mcg/day for over a year. here are the latest results: he only did bare minimum as it was just a check up

tot test: 522 (down from 777 late last year)
FREE ANDROGEN INDEX 248 RANGE 29-188( up from 144 late last year)
thyroid tests were good. now he is lowering my test shots to 100mg test cyp every ten days. the idea is to slowly ween myself off the test and see how my body reacts. with my free test being so high would i need a very high level of total test to feel normal?

what would cause my free test to shoot up so high??

Those results are not weird at al.
Spread the same dose and do shots EOD, every other day.
Use 31Ga 5/16" long needle
It takes 4 minutes to draw the oil.
time well spend.

You will also need hcg shots, to get your testis going.
Do 380iu on days between T shots.

You may get elevated E2, if so use liquid AI, on days of T shot.

Use these tests at Quest to guide you.
Draw blood on day of the shot, time of the shot, before shot.

Estradiol, Free, LC/MS/MS (36169X)
Testosterone, Free, Bio/Total (LC/MS/MS)
Dihydrotestosterone, Free, Serum (36168X)

Goals
FreeE2(0.6 - 0.7)
BAT~575
FreeDHT(1.0 - 1.1)

Adjust T and AI dose per test results.

Do not slow down on T shots.
Nothing to gain, but trouble.
Find another doc if you cant convince this one.

thanks jansz. talked to him about hcg when me and my wife decide to have a child, but till then he said not to worry.
