DHT - What is good, and how to raise?

All numbers quest (25-75 ng/dL range)

My DHT before treatment: 26.
Treatment with transdermal gel: 103
Treatment with IM Cypionate: 37

Questions:

1. I do have improved libido since being on Cypionate, but it is still by no means high. I'm wondering if low/normal DHT may be the cause?

2. (If so) What are the ways to increase DHT. I know transdermal T, especially applied to the scrotum increases DHT. Are there any supplements which might help in more conversion?

When looking for libido I would look first into E2.

I do these three tests at Quest;

Estradiol, Free, LC/MS/MS (36169X)
Testosterone, Free, Bio/Total (LC/MS/MS)
Dihydrotestosterone, Free, Serum (36168X)

I aim at

FreeE2(0.45 - 0.6)
BAT~575

Being on T shots I land at about right (minutely high)
DHT=69(25-75 ) ng/dL
FreeDHT=7.52 (1.00-6.20)pg/mL
FreeDHT%=1.09%(0.62-1.10)%

Depending on your situation, and I hope you do not have to,
but conceivably, one could use T shots and Androgel and Arimidex, to balance all the numbers.
