    Diet Induced Endocrine Problems/Help

I went on a low-carb, no fat diet for 4 months; coupled with overtraining, I lost 15 pounds and damaged my hormones/body. After 6 months of eating and training right my total testosterone has gone from 25 to 76. If I provide more information(what do you need?) can any of you help me sort out my options and what I should do?

eat fat, including saturated fat, then tell us in a week or 2. why did you think that diet would be a good idea...some fats are always a good idea and low carbs should be cycled

Actually, I've been eating right for 6 months now and although I feel great, my total test levels are still very low and haven't risen very much. Is it just a matter of time for them to rise or should I be looking into potential problems I may have caused with the diet?
