Indoplex vs indole-3-carbinol

I'm looking for a way to lower E2. My diet is dialed in, I'm about 7% BF, take 80mg Zinc, and 120mg PhytoPharmica Indolplex with DIM, and no alcohol. I was thinking of increasing the Indoplex to 240mg and possibly trying indole-3-carbinol. Will the indole-3-carbinol be more effective than the Indoplex? Are they similar supplements?

To manage E2 you have to measure it properly first,
then use Anastrozole if you find it to high.
(Most people around here are not able to arrange for proper measurement).

Generally transdermal T are not raising E2.
When I used Androgel or Tcream my E2 was in the right place.
Transdermals raise DHT. It is hard to manage DHT.
For that reason I switched to T injections.
Injections does not change DHT but raise E2.
Some people need that raise.
When T is raised to proper level one need only small amount of Anastrozole,
(small, very accurate and frequent).
Obtainable only using liquid product.

To manage the whole set smoothly, E2D schedule makes it easy. E2D schedule plus tiny subq shots of T+ AI & HCG.

Tests at Quest, used to manage the three T, E2, DHT

Estradiol, Free, LC/MS/MS (36169X)
Testosterone, Free, Bio/Total (LC/MS/MS)
Dihydrotestosterone, Free, Serum (36168X)
===============================================

DIM or I3C have nothing to do with E2.
(Possibly only remoothly and indirectly)
They are usefull in managing Estrone (E1) metabolites.

But that is another (important) story.
