HCG and Hives??

2 days ago I started a cycle of HCG inorder to try to maintain some gains I recently achieved.
About 5 hours after the injection, I noticed about 20 dime-sized itchy blotches all over my trunk, arms and legs. I have done HCG before but only 250 IU's for weight loss. (didn't work) This time I did one injection of app 2200 IU's.
Anyone else encounter this? Suggestions? Advise?

2200 units? wow that is a lot.

One of the side effects of HCG is a rash..

I was taking 1000 units a day, Mon-Friday. What I experienced was real small pimple size bumps on my arms and legs that itched like crazy.. I've since backed off to 750 units and day, Sun-Sun.. they have subsided a little bit.
