New poster here: Formastane as endogenous T booster?

55 years old. I have exercised my entire life and stay in pretty decent shape. In the past 4 months my libido has bottomed out. I have my regular bloodwork done one year ago and it was excellent. I had some labs drawn a couple days ago for T and am waiting for the results.

I have read that as we age, our estrogen levels increase even if our T levels are within range. Can a supplement like F raise T levels naturally to normal range?

    6' 186 lbs. , maybe 10-12% body fat.

It will help to increase Test indirectly and it will also help to increase IGF-1 levels.

Watch SHBG, if it increases the amount of required testosterone is higher. What was ok before is not good enough now assuming same amount of testosterone is being produced by testis.
