    Shut down: natural

    Hi

Say that you have been silly with hormonal modulators in the past and didn't think about traditional post cycle therapy. Say it has been a while since you have been shut down.

What things could you do to get things happening again?

What I have gathered haphazardly is: from meso vit e may help the testes sensitivity to LH

plymouth has had success with derm sustain

    sat fat intake for chol

im sure there are other basics to help out restoring?

I am not too cluey on this as this is for a friend so any fundamental tidbits of info and theory is appreciated too.

    Yeah;
    talk to Plymouth,

he just posted protocol he got from Eric.
I see a problem with a wasting of HMG there.
    He advices 100iu HMG
and I think they come in 75iu.
You would have to fiddle with the schedule or something to keep proper dose and do not waste expensive HMG.

Right now you have to just figure out what to do.
HCG, HMG and FSH is not available, at least they do not have it within 20 miles in my area and have no idea when the will get it.

The HCG/HMG part look good to me, I do not know much about rest of it.

On Meso board I was discussing a fertility problem with Eric and he suggested similar protocol.
Unfortunately when xxxx hit the fan between dr John and Eric, meso pulled all Eric's and some Swale's posts.
I hate that, I lost good info. I lost few good posts authored by both of them.

So you cannot get the shots you would need.
If you want to experiment and in mean time tune up your body the best possible way I would suggest something else.

    Genova diagnostics tests

    NeutoEval
    and
    Estroessence

those hormonal modulators and what not that you have been taking, I am sure altered many things in your body.

Those two tests would tell you where you are out of adjustment and more important would give you a list of supplements and daily dose to take them. Make sure that you would buy them at LEF for quality reasons.

All probably for under $500, and probably next to nothing if you have insurance

Where did plymouth post that protocol?

What do you remember of Eric's and Swale's posts that were removed. Any keywords or vague points you remember? We can ask Eric or Swale about them directly.

    Glad you have asked
Sorry I was rushing the first time around.
Plymouth's post on restart protocol is right here:
    http://forum.mesomorphosis.com/mens-...134257089.html

SWALE's missing post is of lesser consequence, to me.
It was his first posted opinion on estrogen metabolites management.

I have the lattest info now.
If interested look below this line:

Ask your doc to do Genova Diagnostic testing.
    These tests:

    NutriEval (saliva, urine, blood)
    EstroEssence (first morning urine)

    possibly also

    Comprehensive Detoxification profile
    and
    EstroGenomics
    ============================== ==============
Also spend 2x $20 and study how to read and apply top two tests.
