You would have to get a compounded cream from a compounding pharmacy.

But even though it's OTC, I still think you need a doctor to call it in.

I take 1 ml of a 10% cream or 100 mg transdermally a day.

have a problem with clearing estrogen metabolites.
They produce lots of them.

So the solution is to use progesterone in gel.

I know, you are talking pregnenolone, but it may also apply.

I will dig some more, plus in few days I should have my Estroessence results.
There is when one see mess if not properly treated.
If I see something out of line there or even with out, next time I am ordering my pregnenolone as a gel.
Right now I just started new jar, 2 months supply.

Wonder if there are different gells?

I suggest buyng this $20 lecture, I am sure I am missing at least half of very good information.
Possibly we could have more inteligent discussion if couple of guys would read this.

Pregenolone IMO topical actually helps keep e2 in check due to helping it control DHT as well as converting to progesterone through the skin unlike orals do (or have not been determined yet )

Apparently (with women using progesterone) form of delivery makes big difference in their estrogene clearing.

Remember when I was using Androgel I was responding beatifully (average by the book).

When I changed to Tcream I went down hill.

If a person is low in cholesterol (under 160) I would recomended pregenolone. Taking 50 mgs topical pregenlone a day i beleived help to keep my e2 in check with out armidex as well other varaibles where consitant. I stopped the preg and my e2 went sky high. With my cholestrtol at 120 I NEED IT FOR SURE other people may not..
