PREGNENOLONE: transdermal vs oral

I have heard that preg is better absorbed transdermally than orally.

That said, between 3 ml of transdermal test and another 2 ml of preg, I am running out of skin. And patience :yawn: in application.

Anyone on oral preg with good results? How many mgs?

One more reason I have switched from transdermal Testosterone.

I am in the process of evaluating oral vs transdermal pregnenolone.

While on large dose of oral pregnenolone I stil had preg defficiency.
I had defficiency also on 1gram/day of 100mg/gram compounded preg cream.
I am using 2 grams of preg cream now.
Will see on my next test if anything changes.

Sorry I do not remember exact dose.
I take 50mg preg/day with
Cognitex with Pregnenolone & NeuroProtection Complex Item Catalog Number: 822

and either one or two caps of 100mg/day

I dropped the individual preg caps when I started my preg cream.

I still take Cognitex.

On Cognitex plus 1gram/day preg cream 100mg/1gram
I tested
Pregnenolone= 11 (10-200) ng/dL

I increased cream and now do 2grams/day
