Nope igf-1 is low because of your low bioavialble estrogen
from low e2 and high shbg, low cortisol, low dhea welcome to the club.
Suspect adrenal fatigue which stage i say low cortisol, low dhea = burn out

what should I do to address this issue , I really dont feel well. the lab results were like a week after clomid challenge test 100mg a week for 5 days . I am trying to recover my hpta from trt and light cycles , its been nine months now and I cant seem to recover once I stop clomid my lh,fsh, t levels decline to below normal levels.

Your SHBG is higher than HAN's.

High Total Estrogen - Low Estradiol

With your SHBG=49
to get your FreeT~300
you need
TT~1500
to get there you need more than 200mg/week
I ran out of range
probably 250mg/week
use e3d schedule.

Your FreeT3 is real low
get up to 4 grains of Armour then start checking again.

DHEA is low
get 100-200mg/day
then recheck

Keep eye on E2, now is low, additional testosterone hopefully will raise it.
Keep stach of LiquiDex at hand.

May I interest you in good blood test.
