Post your states syringe/needle law

I cannot for the life of me find my states syringe law. So if you guys know it for yours, please post here.

By what the law is, I mean whether a prescription is needed for them or not. I actually just ordered mine from getpinz last time not knowing if it was "technically" legal or not.
 
I would like to know this too. I live in GA and cant find much about it. I also planned on just ordering from getpinz, but with the big steroid ring bust, I have heard conflicting info about whether or not getpinz orders will be monitored by the feds! So if I'm in an illegal zone for needles, and I order from GPZ, I dont feel like going to jail for that BS.

For those large lab rats

they were after conversion kits not syringes. I tell you a story guy i knew years back getting read for a show had all the gear in the world but had no pins :toofunny:
 
In TX there is no prescription required (as in most states that I know of), but it is left somewhat to the pharmacist to "police" the sale of syringes. In reality most states and/or pharmacists don't care much if you just don't treat them like an idiot. Just know EXACTLY what you want and ask for it. If they ask what they're for and you have a prescription for what you are shooting then just show them the label on the bottle. If you are shooting something not prescribed then just have a story with accurate details and you won't likely get hasseled (don't tell me you need 23 gauge syringes to shoot grandma's insulin).
 
New York State - no prescription required. But maximum of 10 at a time without a prescription. Obviously, with pres. limit is set by dr.

Pharmacy has asked me for ID, but has never logged in that I have purchased 10. If I returned next day with diff. employees working I'm sure I could get another 10. But don't have the need.

In Illinois, you need a script for them, and you can only get 20at a time. On your second arrest for possession of a syringe without a script is a felony.
 
When drawing the test into the syringe, do you draw till the flat part of the plunger is on the right tick mark or till the point of the plunger is on it? I think Foxdie asked this Q in his thread but it wasnt ever answered.

i wasnt sure about this either, i draw untill the T Cyp hits the ticker
