Quick question. Sorry if this has been answered before, I did a search of HCG and received " no matches":frustrate

I was just placed on HCG at a dose of 1000 units 2x week.
It seems that that dose is high from reading all the posts about HCG. Several bros recommend doing less, around 250 EOD. How do you keep the HCG in the reconstituted form for longer than a month. My 10,000 unit vial says that it must be all used in a month, according to my math that would not work..
Can it be kept longer than a month in the fridge??
BTW the brand name is Novarel.

Thanks in advance

Some of the old preparations of Novarel lasted 60 days. Everything that I've received in recent times has been 30 days. Too bad because it's not cheap.

You know what's worse than spending the money for Novarel that works? Keeping it too long and having it not work. :) I've thought about maybe refridgerating the bacteriostatic water before mixing. That would make it instantly cold vs now where you have to mix and then refrigerate.

Without a way to definitively test it though, I just toss it after 4 weeks.

In your opinion, what is the maximum daily and maximum average weekly dose of HCG that could be used indefilitely?

Dr Rothenberg have on one of his presentation
(Testosterone Replacement Therapy (Ft. Lauderdale) )
stated (2000-5000 units per week )
5000/7=714

I take that daily 500iu should be acceptable when smaller doses do no give desired results.
We usualy talk here of 250iu/E2D as commonly used dose.

He preloaded me with 2000 iu, Then he wanted 1000iu 2x a week on Sunday and Weds. I have been doing 500 iu EOD.

He does not want this to be long term, just enough to get my levels up. I will have blood tests done at the end of the month and he will adjust after seeing the results.

That's why I asked the question, I read that the usual dose is 250 iu EOD. After a month, you would be throwing out more than half a vial

Weird-- the vial I was just given says "60 days"

Hmmmm.... I wonder if different makers have different instructions. Mine says refrigerate for 60 days.

Curious- if 200iu is the max, why would some Drs use 500 3x/wk for a time?

Is it possible that one can "jump start" things w/ a higher dose?
