What are everyones dosages for TRT per week?

I've seen it range from as low as 50mg to as high as 250mg.

Are you shooting for the 500-1000ng/dl range or 1000-1500ng/dl ?

I do E3D T+hcg subQ injections on same day
I use 31ga, 3/10cc 5/16" needle for both T & hcg shots
I do Quest Diagnostics blood testing.
Blood drawn on the day of the shot, time of the shot, before shot.
Testosterone, Free, Bio/Total (LC/MS/MS)

Testosterone Free (46.0-224.0)pg/mL
Testosterone Bioavailable (110.0-575.0)ng/dL

I am aiming at the top range of either FreeT or BAT
I also cross check this with Dr Shippen's chart with the aim at FreeT=250

my last known SHBG value,
