What is the best product name,brand ect of DHEA

I have been using it for a few years 100mg ED.I have been taking the Vitamin World brand but not really noticing any change.

Like all supplements im sure there is a better quality or better grade..Would a DHEA cream be better ?

Any suggestions ? Thanks

Pregenelone creame would work if you are not hypothyroid (thick skin)

I use country life - 25mg caps with good results. Taking 100mg per day and have verified effectiveness with before & after blood tests.

Using that one my self with sublingual prenelone 25 mgs once a day till cream gets here

I agree constant monitoring is the key to hormone equilibruim. Guessing games do not help and can only make matters worse.

Some do not absorb DHEA orally very well. Best if taken with fats/oils... fish oil would be good.

Some do not absorb transdermals very well.

I take 340mg bulk DHEA powder ED. 100mg did nothing

I never took DHEA, but have been thinking about. All the reports I have seen on it have been negative with people saying to stay away from it because it can raise estrogen levels, and it will cause shutdown....Haven't really looked much into it since I have seen those reports...

use topical pregnelone creame you can get it reliable OTC source or have dr call it in to compunding pharmacy for you.
pregenlone can increase dhea if needed..

Preg cream can be applied to areas where hypothyroidism/thick skin wouldn't be an issue, like the nutts
