My urologist did a testosterone test because I have a varicocelle and symptoms of low t. It was total t of 521 on a scale of 300 - 1000. He said it is right in the middle therefore I am fine, LOL. Any suggestions on how to proceed?

zues, your levels are very similar to mine. What are your current symptoms like? I also had varicocele and got it repaired. However it was repaired when i already had a great degree of testicular atrophy (shrinkage) so the damage was done. My T howevers between 400/600.
