labs after 3 months TRT

After 3 months of Test cyp 200mg/ml 0.14ml Sun,Tues, Fri, and HCG 200IU Mon and Thurs, and Arimidex 0.25mg on injection days I have the following labs. Any input is appreciated, especially as it relates to a calculated bioavailable Test.
Pre Therapy- 3/18 Testosterone 310 (only had total Test)
3months therapy 6/15
Testosterone 653
Estradiol 36
SHBG 29
Based on what I can tell, these look pretty good, and I feel much better. My workouts have produced better results, as would be expected. I would appreciate any input.

If you feel good that best sign :cheers:
your e2 looks but if you bump up armidex to .33 every injection it may bring you into the 25 e2 range. After making changes with armidex then get blood work redone in 2 weeks to see where you are at and take it the day of the injection before taking shot once e2 is stable then might want to up hcg to 250 >CHANGE ONE THING AT A TIME !!

When was your blood draw and why wait so long ?

You took 3 shots weekly, each shot 0.14mL, that is
3*0.14=0.42mL/week, 200*0.42=84mg/week

your TT=653 is consistent with you testosterone dose.
Chart indicates 692±75 (for 85mg/week dose)
It also indicate that your testis are not really producing much.

you need 140mg/week testosterone shots.
=140/3/200=0.2333mL
make each shot 23.5 or 24 units on insuline syringe

I do not use BioAvailable Testosterone calculator any more, erratic error pattern.
You have to test at Quest Diagnostic to find out, I do not know other workaround.

Thanks guys, I learn every time I read something from both of you. No good reason to wait so long for labs, just life in the way. I thought the e2 might be a bit high. I have 1mg arimidex tabs quartered, should I go to four days per week, or I could compound them into 0.33mg doses to do on inj days, think it matters? I thought I may need to bump it up if I did increase Test even slightly, which I thought I might. It seems based on the chart and both of your opinions I might want to bump the HCG to get more out ot my natural production. Thanks for replies, any advice on these questions or something I am missing?

Once plasma levels are reached I do not see that much of a difference in just adding .33 from .25 arindex but its better to go slow then all at once other wise you will crash. remember if you bump up hcg it might spike up e2 so get your e2 in a good range before bumping up the hcg. Lowering the e2 might increase the total testosterone may be 100 point on its own depending on how sensitive your are to e2 and also bring down shbg at tad (goal might be 20-25) that should increase your bio testosterone and that is what we want more then anything. Getting sun helps raise test levels and increases detoxification of estrogen as well. With out sun our cell's mitochindrion slow down and eventually die as we would as well as our thyroid take a hit which again is needed for tesotstoerne produciton. If you are in an office all day take 4000 ius vitamin D it will gelp with compensating for lack of sunlight. Check 25 ohd for vitamin D and move it up to the uipper 70% to get the benfits of vitamin D itself...

It would be a good idea if you did longer blood test and post here. Post all you have now, numbers, units, ranges.

Listen to HAN on Arimidex.
I would worry about all estrogens, that means:
LEF DualAction, 4 pills (I use 6)
LEF TMG 2 pills
and for good measure make sure you take good multi
LEF MIX with Extra Niacin, 6-9 pills, I take version "without copper" after my last test.

LEF Super Omega-3 EPA/DHA 4 pills
