here are iodine testing results from the urine loading test no surprise

Spot was .078 range >.149
urine 24 hour load
loading 24 <44 range
saturation 48 >90

As you can see i am very iodine deficincy and could explain my elevated esterone converions and probably low e1 to e3 conversion. as well as alot of problems i am experiencing

Do you mean because of subsequent thyroid deficiency?

Yes and it was also found to cause hypo adrenal and thyroid function in rats as well.. MY main 2 problems

what are you going to do about it? idoral? or something siimilar? or will using iodinized salt help? and what would cause this?
