Anti-Aging Clinics?

i have heard that in the US you can go to anti-aging clinics to get treated with testosterone and/or growth hormone.

can anyone tell me how a treatment like this is done?

what doses are used?

and how often?

i found out tha the male body produces 3-11 mg. Test per day!
Do you need that number to calculate what doses to use?

in my country clinics like that are not legal, but maybe you could "treat" yourself when you get old if you know the approximate doses?

i hope someone can help me with theese questions.
i am mainly just curious since im "only" 33 atm.

Some clinics in the US are good, many are just scams though. Even some will argue that the legitamate ones do not treat using the same protocols are others.

There is no magic for most cases.
1. do really good blood test (once a year)
2. make corrections to what is out of line
3. test again, 2 - 4 times per year but much less items
4. tweak what needs to be tweaked

but do not overlook many others that are there.

get a doctor that will write you scripts for blood test and medications, that doctor do not have to have big interest in this type of prevention medicine, hi just helps you with scripts and hold your hand whe you would like to try somenthing real stupid. Very little guarantee on second part as some people are reporting really strange treatments.

This is what I do.

If you are planning for a future, it is excellent move, get good blood test so you will have a baseline.

when transdermal, very individula depends on a skin

when injections, start with 100mg/week, but do that as every 3 or 2 days, so individual dose woud be
E3D dose = 0.5/7*3=0.214mL=0.214cc=21marks on insuline syringe, '=0.21/3*7*200=98
E2D dose = 0.5/7*2=0.143mL=0.143cc=14marks on insuline syringe, '=0.14/2*7*200=98

Doing this you really have to check more than just T.
Minimum check (all) estrogens, but you will hear mostly about E2.
Actually to do it more properly, start in this sequence
adrenals
thyroid
insuline/glucose
gonads

Note quite that simple in the USA.

1- Laws and practices very by state. Quite restrictive in many places.

2- You need to have low T to need treatment. Otherwise the docs are pushing drugs.

3- Money is involved. Internet clinics bundle the drugs, consults and bloodwork fees. The costs will be higher than a local doctor you does the care and provides you with a script.

3- In some states, getting GH is extremely difficult.

we have free medicare, so only the nessesary tests are done.
you cant pay to get any tests u like

yea my buddy does that..so i had a meeting with one of the guys from the clinic,thinking i can get me some prescription gh,and test ...basicly unless your over 30 they wont even consider it...oh well

What country is it?
Blood testing, the big one, is done once or once a year, then 2-4 times more targetted blood work.
Possibly you could travel (once) to more friendly country just for a blood test. Then do the smaller tests at home.

Somebody please post names of friendly countries.

Do not know now, but I was in Brazil 79/80, there was sex changing going big time in Rio.
Mostly male to female.
You had to really watch out when seeing beatifull naked woman walking during carnival.

I would imagine that getting good blood work should not be a problem there.
(I was there for different reasons, with a wife and two kids, came back with all in tac)
