Understanding blood tests and Locating a Doctor in the Philadelphia Suburbs

so i had my blood levels checked last week, my sex drive has been in the crapper so i decided to get everything checked out. first off i went to my local doctor and after finally going through the motions of asking for a testosterone check my levels came back to be 253, my doctor then told me that since i was in the normal range i was fine and i need to "reevaluate my relationship" because "the sparks normally die around a year and a half into the relationship" so since this was complete BS i decided to find a local urologist. well he did a series of checks and came back with:

    Testosterone, TOTAL 196 Range 250-1100
    Testosterone, FREE 2.92 Range 1.00-3.10%
    FREE testosterone 57.2 Range 35.0-155.0 pg/mL

he also checked my prolactin and LH levels which were fine. now from what i can tell that's below and most likely i should be on something, well the doctor pretty much threw some viagra at me and said take this, i dont want to put you on anything becuase it will cause everything to crash. am i going crazy or is this low and i should be seeking another doctor? and if so does anyone know anything good around philadelphia?

yes Dr. Shippen who is located in Reading, about 45 min from philly.

although he's not taking new patients, i did call his office the other day and the office said try back in a few weeks, theres a chance he will be taking in some new patients.

i recommend seeing Dr. SHippen, hes the best your going to find in the area.
