Detoxification and Oxygen Therapy

Wife bought this book called The Detox Book by Bruce Fife, N.D. (2001) ISBN 0-941599-32-9. It gives all sorts of natural ways to detox the kidneys, liver colon, etc. One method mentioned in the Oxygen Therapy chapter is to consume food-grade hydrogen peroxide in their recommended amounts as a way of getting more oxygen to the body. The author claims it works wonders.

Anyone familiar with/heard of this type of treatment?

been researching hydrogen peroxide for a a year now.
stuff is un f ** nbeleivable.

seriously.

got the food grade 35% and made my own 3.5% solution.
i use it to gargle and get rid of sore throats(if bacterial infection)
also a couple of drops in the ears alongside the above.

i also made an inhaler with very diluted(<1% peroxide) and it clears up congestion and sinus headaches in LESS THAN 5 MINUTES.
no guanafassen, no psuedoephedrin, no acetaminophen. no nothing.

and soon ill be trying the ingestion method(increasing drops etc) 3 times daily.

the oulook is good, scrap that, outlook is amazing!

p.s. be very carefull, 35% undiluted peroxide burns like a .......

That what I thought but I came across a website that no longer recommends it because someone died. I was telling a dude at work that and he said, 'how many die each year from tylenol" , or viagra I added.

Both the book and the website state that the FDA does not like H2O2 therapy, so that is a good reason to investigate this more.

I am going to proceed slowly, There other things in the book like liver detox, kidney detox and the coffee enema that are less extreme.

I use peroxide all the time in plants to increase o2. It works wonders, but I am NOT consuming it. I use it nightly to brush my teeth, but don't want to kill all the good bacteria in my guts. Wouldn't that give you an upset stomach and gross gas? Who knows, may be worth trying.. let us know! :)

aerobic bacteria = mostly good, peroxide will make this flourish with the released oxygen

anaerobic bacteria = mostly bad, peroxide usually kills these.

also about dying from it, its very very dangerous if NOT diluted, 35% is basically an acid. you need to dilute it down to 3%.

as for ingestion, we are talking a few drops in an 8 ounce glass of water, so no not much. and even then, its minor discomfort when you get upto 18 drops per glass(mostly cause you didnt take it on a 100% empty stomach.

also....

you can soak your feet in it if you suffer from odors or fungus or similar. a few times and you will notice an improvement!

and dont forget ts tons better for the environment if you need a great antibacterial wash.

interesting facts about the US emergency rooms visits/year:

> 35000 people come in with tylenol poisoning, liver toxic ****
<2000 people come in from drug od's

funny eh?

I thought you guys were drinking ounces of it. LOL it all makes more sense ;) I do use it for everything, just never heard of drinking.

Pee also works for foot fungus, think it's the urea.

And I don't at all doubt the tylenol statistic. It's an "inconvenient" fact that nobody hears. It's sad when they put it in painkillers, as a lot of people in pain also get liver/kidney problems because of it.

I've tried the h2o2 in the ears method for colds and by-golly, it works extremely well. Clears up the sinuses instantly...and that was just with grocery store variety peroxide.

I used a mix of peroxide and colloidal silver as a mouthwash everyday. Circumstances kept me from going to the dentist for almost 3 years and when I went last week, I had a perfect score in the oral hygeine category, very little tartar and no cavities.

Where does one get the higher grade peroxide?

Many of these Tylenol visits are suicide attempts. If people only knew what a horrible way to die that is.

Also, many times medications are used as a last resort.

But, true, we need to be mindful of Tylenol's toxicity. Look how many use it for hangovers!
suicides? didnt know that!

as for source, i dont know, i got mine through a friend in the food business.

google it, but make sure you get 35% FOOD GRADE hp..

some resources for info:

google it!
