    nettle helps better utililize adroderm?

My doc prescribed androderm. He's starting me off at 5mg per day. From researching further, and based upon only minimal results, it appears likely that the dose will have to be increased. However, androderm is really expensive. So, I was wondering if supplementing with nettle root, which is supposed to bind SHBG, would make my current dose more effective?

Adjusting the test/ estrogen ratio will correct other hormones have dr switch to compunding creame or gel its 1/10 the price. Do not throw in natural supplements other wise it will screw up what the dr is trying to correct by giving him false information on labs.

You can get inexpensive creams from compounding pharmacies, $1-$2/day.
    Chrysin would lower the SHBG
the cream can be made with individual or mixed ingredients or you can make, say, two different creams.
I find 2gram/day amount of cream easy to live with.
    I currently use two creams
    1gram/day of 100mg/1gram Testosterone
    1gram/day of 100mg/1gram Pregnenolone
I am planning to make new mix I have additionally available
    DHEA
    Chrysin
I found that if I want all ingredients in one cream they can do it as follows (per 1gram):
    Test-50mg
    Preg-50mg
    DHEA-100mg
    Chrysin-50mg
If I take 2grams of that cream I would get the same amount of Test and Preg as I am using now, plus the extra DHEA and Chrysin at a cost of about $2/day.
I had a blood draw last Friday, still waiting for results.
Will try to make up my mind when I see the test results.
I have a good stash of T and Preg cream, so at first I think I will ask for DHEA and Chrysin in separate cream.
Then I will simplify and switch to just one cream that have these four ingredients.
There is possibility that other pharmacies have different possibilities.
I am interested additionally in Resveratol and 7,8 benzoflavone.
Wonder if DIM coul be added?

Will the compounding pharmacy take a script for androderm? If so, do I just find a compounding pharmacy and tell them to contact the drug store that filled my prescription? (I'm new to this whole compounding thing)

You doctor can call in your prescription to compounding pharmacy anywhere in the beutiful USA.
He may not know of any, you have to tell him where to call.
Google on (compounding pharmacy), call few of them, ask questions.
Post names of those that you feel good about.

It is testosterone that we are talking about.
    I use 1gram/day of 100mg/1gram testosterone cream.
To play safe and have enough backup product the words on my prescription are:
    ------------------------
    100mg/gram c-testosterone cream.
    apply 2 grams daily
    12 refills
    ------------------------
In three days I received one jar 60grams of cream.
Bill included with a product. I paid with credit card over internet.
    ------------------------
The package contain enough product for 30 days at a dose on prescription.
I actually use 1gram per day until I see my blood test and make adjustments if need. So the first jar lasts 2 months.
I could order any number of refils I want, the more I order at once the less my shipping costs. It is fixed ar $4.50 per shipment.

Since I can get not only cream with testosterone in it but they can mix in other ingredients I am studying the issue and delaying my refils until I see my new blood test.
    .
Like I said before, rather inexpensive a way to get your Tetosterone and other supplements plus benefits of transdermal delivery.
Not even close to Androderm or Androgel.
If you are counting pennies go for shots but do them twice weekly.

Will taking nettle really screw up my the results of blood tests? I would guess that it doesn't reduce SHBG, merely binds with it. It may, however, increase free test. If that's the case, since that's my objective (i think) why would it matter if I got there through taking more test or by taking nettle?
