I want to apologize for behaving rudely in my response to posts about my issue with hypogonadism and fatigue.

You all were attempting to help me by providing some new ideas and I stupidly lashed out for no good reason.

While I don't think it will be helpful for me to go and demand a whole bunch of tests and put my doc on the defensive, you have given me information to at least be able to fact check what she suggests and go from there.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll try to keep my cranky attitude in check and get along better in the future.

Don't worry dude, irritability is all part and parcel of low testosterone ;) I know all to well how some doctors are with discussing male sex hormones

You have just provided another proof that you have hypogonadism.
Better to lash out and get minimal release than comit suicide as one very close to me person did.

Do not worry about you doctor.
Ask him for a bunch of tests, politely, but you have to have them to figure out next step.
Make sure you get a copy and post it here with ranges.
You have the list, if not I can repost it.

If you could get to see Dr John, that would be the best move.
Hi is also available as a consultant to your doctor.

You could always just go threw LEF and get the male hormonal panel for 220ish bucks.

Right now $220 might as well be 20 grand. I know that's pathetic, but I'm broke man. Luckily my wife's insurance has a low copay or I'd be really screwed. Thats why I'm kinda at my docs mercy.

How reliable is this? do you have a link?

The tests are done at LabCorp

I may be mistaken but I think all members of this board are automatically a members of LEF
courtesy of Dr John

If that is not the case, LEF membership cost $75/year, good value at first purchase of blood test.

If only I was watching America all my life like Razorlight? ;-) I am across the other side of the pond in a little place called England lol
