Bloated abdomen.....what do I do?

  1. Bloated abdomen.....what do I do?

    My abdomen has felt bloated for few years now. Its almost like I ate too much although I really dont eat much at all...probably due to slow metabolism.

    I have occassional geographic tongue so assume that I am not absorbing food as well as I should. I also workout at least four days per week.

    My abdomen isnt really just feels bloated.

    Does this indicate anything and how can I fix it?

  2. Do you eat a bunch of oatmeal and other high-fiber foods several times a day? Supposedly helps with stomach emptying. Fat and other things like to hang out in your stomach for a while (bloating/enlarging) Works for me.
