Before problems developed, sex "only" 3x/week because wife's cold.
About 6 years ago I started having erection problems.
Supplements that I tried worked only for very short time.
Best was AlphaMale, from Herbal Powers, while their recomended LJ100 did absolutely nothing for me.
I was done with erections about 4 years ago.
That was also very unhappy time mentaly, I was depressed and had a bad thoughts.
Director of Sexual department in major hospital in Manhattan NY told me that I am done with sex, just try Cialis.
Cialis worked for very short time then stopped.
With a help of my local MD I started Androgel.
Testosterone relieves depression, very uplifting
The rest is history.
I still need Cialis (not 100% sure), but am able to get erections.
90% of the time I need manual stimulation to get erection.
5% of times I am loosing erection while inside.
5% of times I can't reach orgasm
10% of times orgams is very low quality, it fizzels out.
Most of the time orgasm is good and I have to scream, so wife gives it to me only when nobody's home.
I do not feel, as I used to, that I would "kill" for sex, missing this feeling very much.
My next project is to put more effort to figure out my "zone" of E2 and the rest of estrogens, possibly that may improve my situation.
In summary, life is good and I keep on dancing.

one of the best quotes i have heard all day JanSz Your post's always bring a smile to my face with your descriptions.
Even though our ages are very different our symptoms seem similar to a degree. Funny, because you also mentioned having I also require allot of stimulation to get erect and this can make for difficult relationship, however, like you say, it's not complete ED.
However i love your quote "life is good and i keep on dancing." Never stop dancing i guess is the point here

I had bad thoughts, now I am rather up beat.
Even if at some point I could not get it up I would still opt for Testosterone supplementation just to ward off depression.
Megazoid, whatewer you do, check on your BioavailableT and keep it at correct level.
Estrogen is important but it is a gravy, T is a main course.
