    Which DIM to buy?

Hey, I was going to order some DIM but I wanted to know if there is any difference between brands or is one just as good as another? I was going to just post links to the page but, I guess I cant since I'm a new member.

This one is from a website I usually buy protein from and is comes to about $20 after shipping for 100mgX60, This one's made by Olympia labs.

    Serving Size: 1 Capsule
    Servings Per Container: 60

    Amount Per Serving:

    DIM (diindolylmethane) 100 mg

    Other Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), rice flour, magnesium stearate and silica.

Directions: Take one to two capsule daily

    -------------------------------------------------------
This one comes to about $50 after shipping for 120mgx60 and is made by PhytoPharmica

    Indolplex® Complex 120 mg *
modified food starch, 25% diindolylmethane (DIM), d-alpha tocopheryl succinate, silicon dioxide, and phosphatidylcholine

Is their a difference from one product to another making one more expensive or are they the exact same?

    Thanks for any help

The Indolplex/DIM is the best I tried a mess of different brands and none worked. The best one that worked for me was this brand and it's a lot less the $50.
    PhytoPharmica Indolplex with DIM
If you try this be careful only take one tablet at dinner time. If you do more you can go down so fast you will miss the Zone. Doing one tablet a day in less then a week most men get there morning wood back and there ED is gone.

I hope this doesn't violate forum rules, but you might want to look at the following:

    DIM (Di-Indole Methane)

    60 caps @ 200 Mg for $11.99.

See this is what confuses me. One guy suggests the $50 dollar one, and the other guy suggests the cheaper one, lol.

I went ahead and ordered the $50 dollar one a couple days ago anyways.

    Thanks

You need to know the quantity of the active ingredient. The Phytopharmica product is standardized to 25% active ingredient and each serving is 120mg. If you buy a cheaper product but they don't tell you what percentage is the active ingredient, you really don't know what you're getting, and most likely you are getting a less potent version.

    I use LEF products.
Mostly due to their educational program and quality.
So I use 6 pills daily of:
Dual-Action Cruciferous Vegetable Extract With Resveratrol & Cat's Claw, 60 Vegetarian Capsules
each pill contains 14mg od (usable) DIM
6X14=84mg so I do not use (not yet) the recomended 300mg
They also contain I3C and other ingredients.
    I3C-80mg/pill
    LEF recomends 1pill per 160# weight, I am 160#
There are other supplements used in estrogen management.

How is this product? I can get it at my local health food store.
