I am confused about this. I know we want the right ratio of good to bad estrogen but i am unsure what each of theses fatty acids role is in estrogen metabolism.

So have too much EFA/AA ratio leads to an excessive low level of estrogen.

Having a high AA/EFA ratio causes high levels of estrogen that can build up and cause a cascade of problems with cell membranes, receptors, ect.

Am i correct?

high AA/EPA will cause excessive insulin levels eventually leading to insulin reistance which will also raise estrogen as well as lower testosterone cause problems with elevated Lp(a) levels and all kinds of wonderful stuff
