Maca and DIM it gives the building blocks for them to make there own hormones and several people have been successful with it. Maca feeds the pituitary gland which may raise progesterone levels and DIM will keep the pathways from going down the wrong pathway similar to how it does in a male on TRT or dhea. There is no evidence proof about it but people and DRs do swear by it..

It's my understanding that in Suzanne Somers' book Ageless: The Naked Truth About Bioidentical Hormones , which was published in 2006, she lists a number of HRT specialists at the end.

Also, check out advice from Ann Louise Gittleman. She's not a doctor, but she's a nutritionist with a PhD and C.N.S. who focuses on optimizing female hormones.
