Has anyone tried this program and seen improvements in free test/lower estrogen levels?
I've been a member of LEF for two years now, and I've been very impressed with the general nutrition and supplementation advice that's given. However, I'm wondering if there are folks on this board who've used this protocol (or at least the supplement(s) they recommend) with any degree of success (meaning before and after bloodwork that confirmed the effectiveness)?
P.S. - A belated "congratulations" to Dr. John for being named to the LEF medical board of advisors!
