    estrogen/ fluid retention

Not sure where I should post this but I've read that excess estrogen can make cause you to hold water so aside from too much sodium is it possible to say that if you retain fluid (water) easily, that there is a high possibility that you have high estrogen levels? Also, would this affect blood pressure.

Yes, maybe. But you need to find a good doc and have your hormones tested, if only to have a baseline.

LEF.org has a good male panel that has test, free test, E, DHEA-S and other good things. You can do that on your own if you can't get a doc to get on this.

There are a lot of other medical reasons for the things that you are concerned with.
