The reason I ask is because I am taking Nick delgado's estro block dim complex supplement and TMG with it. I'm taking another supplement of his too, it's a cream that has dhea/pregnenolone/chrysin/avena satvia/ dim/dmg

is it necessary to take the tmg in addition to the dim/ic3 complex with added dmg. I don't want to overkill it.

I feel you are over doing it. This works fine one tablet at dinner in 4 to 5 days your E2 will be down and you will have some of the hardest morning wood you ever had.

Why are you taking it, and how much are you taking?
Is this by doctor's order? What did he told you to do?

Dr John works or used to work with Dr Nick Delgado.
So I am assuming that he would recommend that kind of DIM.
I guess that would then be:
Estroblock (60 ct) has 100mg DIM with I3C 50mg

So, if not on TRT, this could be as effective as arimidex, comparatively speaking....

How does it work..? Block aromatase...? Does it effect DHT levels at all..? Test levels...?

Essentially, this could balance levels (T & E2), yet with a lower level of test, right..?

Probably not. A 24 hour urine assay of 4-OHE would show for sure.
