Id like to know what are the side effects of low estrogen levels? I am feeling fatigued , sleepy, brain fog , is there a link? Sex drive is good also morning wood is there.

I feel if you have wood morning wood your E2 is not to low. First thing to go when to low is wood.

Doesn't sound like low E to me. I recall low E levels being mentioned in another thread. The sides were almost the same as high E. But if your libido and performance is fine, I don't think that is the problem.

It could be stress, or lack of sleep. Do you take multi's?

yes I take a multi, I workout 4 times a week .

Would that be a similar to poor memory and poor concentration?
Is pregnenolone the culprit?
How to increase pregnenlone levels?
