E2 at Highest Levels?

If you are injecting 1x/week, how many days after your injection is your E2 at its highest? I thought it would be day 5,6, but I've read a few statements about day 2,3 that confuse me. Is there a standard or is it different for everyone? Thanks.

Like you, I would think they would be their highest at day 4-6 due to the decreasing test levels from weekly injections. But I'm still learning this HRT stuff.
