Best OTC AI when on Androgel?
If one is on androgel (1 5g packet daily) and getting too much conversion to estrogen, which is the best OTC for aromatase inhibition?
DIM?
Rebound XT?
Other?
My doctor is learning about all this. He is willing to test E2 along with the rest, but I don't think he'll understand about arimidex.

I tried a lot of junk out there and this was the only one OTC that worked for me. Only take one at dinner.
PhytoPharmica Indolplex with DIM

DIM is not an anti-estogen like armidex it just keeps the ratio of estrodial from converting into to much bad estrogen (NOT ESTRODIOL)

I read where it helps the body metabolize estrogen. So there can still be a significant conversion of T to E, but the E effects are lowered. Or am I missing something?

Do not forget to take TMG with your DIM.
