HRT doctors in France - HGH prescriptions?

I was looking for doctors in France who practice "Hormone Replacement Therapy" for mature males. It appears that Human Growth Hormone is tightly controlled in France. Does anyone know if there are doctors in that country who are able/willing to prescribe HGH as part of replacement therapy?

Or could prescriptions from doctors outside France be legally filled by pharmacies in France?

The only place I have found a list of doctor possibilities is in the Anti-Aging Directory at the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (Home, The World Health Network - Anti-Aging and Longevity). Does anyone know of any other lists?

Any info. would be appreciated.

So far in my research it appears that any doctor can prescribe GH in every country except for France and The Netherlands.
