That is a great read thanks for posting. I will be sharing that study with both my doctor and compounding pharmacist. They are both big into HRT and anti aging research. I am going to start taking boron at 10mg immediately.

I did a key word search for Boron here at AM and nothing came up in the titles. May be buried in posts but you know, have to move fast.

I took boron 9mg before my first blood test. My T levels came back at 395. My second blood test while not on boron, my T levels came back at 344. So, it's not really worth going out to buy boron imo and experience. Also, I got hot flashes on boron. I get them now, but boron made them worse.

Boron also has an effect on some estrogen in males. I have not seen clincal application in my practice of seeing it lower shbg. Correcting the gut, liver and xenoestrogen is what addressed the issue some cases.

I didn't notice much from Boron, maybe a slight boost in strength. Vanadium and Zinc are important for testosterone.
I would just use Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin D and tongkat ali for free T.
If you really wanna go hardcore, you could add a little Proviron.

Actually one doctor I met uses compounded winstrol oil based low dosages to control shbg on TRT if it becomes a problem. Oxanadrolone may also produced similar effect. There are drugs now being used by some HRT drs and dosages are not steroid dosages as their are therapeutic uses for these which can provide benefit. Problem with herbs are they are not specifically targeting to a function as they have a multiple effects on wholes system. This is principle when dealing with Lyme antibiotics are more target specific.
