Are you on/taking anything? That high prolactin is possibly the culprit to your low libido.

I guess the key ones are:

TSH 1.92 ---------> (range of 0.35 - 5.00 mIU/L)

FSH 3 -------------------> (range of 2 - 12.00 IU/L)

Prolactin 19 ---------> (range of >17.99 ug/L)
Free Testosterone 418 -----------> (range of 196 - 636 pmol/L)

At the moment I am not taking anything. I do have a 3rd grade varicocele on my left side.

I would say I have a somewhat mild / moderate case of ED......can get the equipment to work but takes awhile to get there and fades very fast (even if I'm taking Cialis or Viagra). Libido has also really slowed down

What's your estradiol at? DHEA-S? It looks like lots of values are missing or perhaps this just wasn't a comprehensive blood panel.

Let me ask you a question. Why do you trust internet strangers with your health more than your own personal doctor?.

I hear you....I guess I'm just in a rush to find a solution

Rather than risking a wrong diagnosis, I'll stick with just making changes to my diet and see what the doc says as a starting point......will figure out where to go from there

Consider having varicocele surgery. Is it painful? Studies have shown that varicocelectomies significantly increase testosterone, increase libido and erection strength. The best type is supposedly microsurgery inguinal.

I'm in a similar situation to you, but mine crashed from tiger to dead in 24 hours or less. Still no explanation from the doctors/specialists, they refuse to verify anything. I have a varicocele which they called small, and prolactin levels slightly above the normal range, like yours. Mine happened 11 months ago.
