    Hair loss vitamins


    Is there a good hairloss multi to add to my fin/minox/nizoral regimen?

    stop the drugs as simple as that..
    No offense if you are fina, Id learn how to.eat and train with out it first..or you got some fake stuff..

    Beta sitasterol, saw palmetto, and a good tocotrienol like toco 8, jarrow toco-sorb or swansons ultra, all use carotechs Tocomin that was used in the hair loss studies.

    He meant finasteride Matrix lol. But yeah I'd curse him out for that as well, same as you would with tren "castration in a pill".....

    Toco-8 is a "vitamin" that was just mentioned, its a "vitamin E" on steroids supp which helps with hair loss. I ran out and heard that PP was out of business though...not sure its still available. A good multi probably has enough of the other hair friendly vites and mins...but yeah the big health food stores used to make a multi for hair/skin nails with collagen and biotin etc in it.

    In addition to vitamin e(full spectrum), there are some Italian studies that say a combination of resveratrol and curcumin helps with hairloss.

    I get resveratrol in my DHEA/Preg supp transaderm....lower dose, but its topical so you figure it absorbs 10X better than than oral
