Clinical Nutritionist solves riddle

Been dealing with a clinical nutritionist trying to figure out why i have depression,no energy, and my trt doesnt work for me either. Been slowing making dietary and supplement changes and finally after all these years starting to feel alot better. With in a few short days of making some dietary adjustments my focus and energy have slowly started to come back. Still tryin to adjust to the low sulfur diet im on. Trial and error. I can feel my body going nuts when i eat food high in sulfur. Hope by the end of this week i can get my diet fully in check. and on to the road of recovery.

Due to bio individuality what works for one may not work for others .

Been on my low sulfur diet for about a week now. Feeling a big improvement this week than I did last week. Started my vit C protocol yesterday as well. Joints aren't sore anymore. Still have a high prolactin its @ 10 dr says it should be @ 2. Not sure what's that about.

3- 7 is fine for prolactin....
Glad you are doing better ..Once you get these issues resolved then you might consider coming off TRT?

If i read the link right the removal of sulfur from your diet is not so much a fix as it is avoiding the symptoms of mercury toxicity in your body. What can be done to lower mercury levels?

Has nothing to do with lower mercury. Sulfur actually helps remove mercury. This probably has to do with the concepts of altering diet based upon an epigenetic profile...

The link posted starts with:

In his excellent book "Amalgam Illness: Diagnosis and Treatment", Andy Cutler informs us that many mercury-toxic people are intolerant to certain foods, commonly known as 'sulfur foods', which have a high free thiol content. Consuming foods high in thiols raises the circulating thiol levels which in turn mobilizes mercury and creates symptoms.

Goes deeper then that... Once i get through a few cases it will potentially.open doors to doctors like Andy Cutler and other specialists. Have meeting.with one of the top.environment specialist this Tuesday working together on a mutual case ..

Cool. Hopefully get some stuff published then.
Plan on it, just contact a few other Dr's waiting to hear back. If all goes well I have a few clients with multiple mylenoma which have continued tumor growth (commonly associated with it). If my hypothesis is right, and get a case study or 2 before presentation to cancer center should be really interesting.
