No disrespect, but this is like the 4th thread you've made with the same question. Start there or just cold call doctors offices. I've done that. Ask to speak with a nurse and question her regarding the approach they use. It takes some time my friend....I'm still looking!

TRT is probably not the answer. you need to go deeper then just hormones as I have been preaching for many years. Sleep, lifestlyles, nutriton, environment, neurological, biological, structural, emotional imbalances need to be evaluated.
