Saliva test:
Estradiol was too high at 15pg/ml, (1-3 range).
17-OH Progesterone low at 13pg/ml (22-100 range).
Testosterone was low at 48 pg/ml. (40-70 range)
Note: Also had a blood test with similar results. (Total testosterone was at about 200 for blood test)

I have been on TRT Gel for about 4 months now.
TRT Gel per day: Testosterone=50 and Progesterone=25
Testosterone=20 per day/140mg per week (40% best case absorption)
Progesterone=10 per day or 70mg per week (40% best case absorption)

The Doctor has me taking an over the counter product Dim Estro.
Curcumin (from turmeric extract) ............................ 600 mg
DIM (diindolylmethane) ...................................... 150 mg
Bioperine®† (from piper nigrum/black pepper extract) ........ 2 mg

I have a few concerns about Dim Estro that I hope someone can help with. I found through internet research that the bioavailability of products like Dim Estro are questionable and I am just wondering if this is good solution or if I should be looking towards another alternative.
(like aromasin?)

I appreciate the help.

Saliva test.for hormones is not.medical accepted and would.never goto a Dr who.uses it.personally. One.its an extra expense where blood can be covered by insurance.

DIM has been around a long time and used in many natty formulations for E2 control. I beleive it's efficacy has been proven. Here's a link that should answer all your questions. www.dimfaq.com/

Dim in majority of people does not lower e2 but changes the the ratio of 2/16 OHE more favorable to less cancerous.
