I have hypothyroid and I get bloodwork every month to monitor my levels. Your levels are perfecting fine. As long as the levels stay between those numbers youll be ok. If you feel strong symptoms then I'd recommend seeing an endocrinologist

really? everything ive read says that TSH should be around 1.5 and anything over 2 is trouble.

no, no b12, just a multivitamin. Ferritin - 162 µg/L (Male: 18 – 350)

my labs doesnt know what rt3 is, i requested it while drawing blood.

i recently treated my adrenals with adrenal glandular, licorice, and adaptogens so i dont know if the 4x cortisol is needed. i have ZERO symptoms of adrenal fatigue now.

I be looking out side to other factors since every thing looks good. your TSH could be normal if you are under a certain amount of stress, TSH can bounce around from time to time on people.

so i did some reading and found articles by david brownstein and guy abraham. they state subclinical hypothyroidism as an elevated TSH with normal ft3 and ft4..my situation. the cause....iodine deficiency.

started on iodoral and feel better already! just waiting for body temps to get out of the high 96s, low 97s and up to 98.6ish. sleep is 100x improved already. lifts in the gym are going up. getting out of bed in the morning is no longer a chore.
