constant head aches

    constant head aches


    been getting constant head aches laterly

    and i am not one for getting head aches to be honest

    is this a sign of high or low estrogen?

    HMM sounds to me like possible allergies which symptoms could easily mimic estrogen imbalances.
    Either why high e2 could be causing head aches or probably 1000 other things are possible as well.

    Could also be related to high blood pressure.

    dont take supplements really


    just multi vit
    protein powder


    might need my eyes testing .....
    or could be change in weather been working out side last week or so could be the sun....

    allergies, blood pressure, could be lots of things. HCG even gives me terrible headaches from time to time that last 2-3 days. I haven't been using any hcg lately, been headache free and acne free.
