TSH results need help

got my TSH results in if someone can help me interpret it i would appreciate it , i know i need alot other thyroid tests but this is all i have right now.




0.466 reference : 0.450-4.500


What do you guys think?


Also ive been experiencing very severe vertigo latley which caused me to time take time off work , does thyroid imbalances induce vertigo in any way?

Tells me nothing need ft4 and ft3, rt3, total t4, as well as proper adrenal stress cortisol profile. I have seen people who are extreme athletes with TSH as low as yours with low ft3 and ft4. Again you need to look at it more indept then just TSH. Too many variables to consider..
