how efficient is calcium d glucarate in lowering e2?

Just wondering how efficient calcium d glucarate is in keeping e2 low? Is it worth taking while on TRT if e2 is a little high? What else will it lower besides e2? At 50mg twice a week I'm not getting any signs of high e2, but at 100mg twice a week I do get sides (nothing major). I might try 100mg twice a week again, and see if the calcium d glucarate keeps sides under control. I'll let you guys know.

    What about zinc?
My E2 is good now after starting 50 mcg zinc daily, although I can't be sure if the zinc is what helped.

If you do not know the pharmacology of the compound I would not suggest you be taking it because it can cause other issues with detoxifcation of hormonal pathways ..

Enjoy feedback while you can because if all goes right I will not be on here as often nearly as often...

    haha

I'll just use the directed dosage, 500mg/day. I'm only going to use it if I feel any sides coming on (such as the slightest nipple sensitivity, getting really hot/night sweats etc).

If you use the right combination with people there is no need for an AI. Dr Peter Rouse has very few people on an AI because like my self educating other dr are finding out by rebalancing lifestyles, GI, thyroid, adrenals liver pathways as well as removing toxins in the body one should not need it in the first place.

I wonder why then it is not pushed as a test booster then for people not on TRT? It might be a good combo to combine with my Sustain Alpha

It depends on a person bioindividuality..what it is crucial to know the cases in details. As mentioned before I spend more time undoing peoples mistakes resulting in months of just getting back to a workable base line to even start.
