Going to Dr. for test cyp and ____?

I have posted on here before. I head to the Dr. in about a week to be asked to be put on Test inject (I assume it will be cypionate)

I started Androgel and started to feel better with energy and libido. I chose to see this Urologist because I do not like the what the transdermals do to my hair and I have a baby in the house and do not want to risk contamination. I am 30 years old 195lbs with 9% bodyfat.


We all know some Dr. are sometimes ignorant. I do not just want to walk in and get some injects 1-2x a week. I want to run proper PCT and all the other precautions. What would be recommended dosages of Arimidex, Clomid, HCG?? or any at all.

Currently I am on the 5g of Androgel. I assume I will be put on a low dose of test around the 200-300mg/wk range since my energy, libido, and mood have enhance with such a low dose of Androgel. Opinions would be great just so a Dr. does not possibly screw me up.

I'm at 200MG Test Cypionate and 100MG Deca weekly (split up into two injections). Also take 250 IU of HCG twice per week (to keep balls working). These are sub-Q injections. Take 2 Anastrozole weekly (to keep Estrogen down) as well. 1 MG each.
You probably won't start out at 300MG of Test per week. I'd be surprised if you get 200MG. Proper starting dose would be 100MG per week and adjusted after blood work later on.
Whatever dose they give you, see if you can split it into 2 injections per week. This will help keep your test levels even.

The ideal situation is that you won't NEED anything other than the injections.

You won't need Post Cycle Therapy because HRT is permanent. There is no post cycle.

I have ED, low energy, ect... I was given Viagra/Cialis that helped in the ED dept. I started to get DOMS, longer lasting soreness. This all started after taking Paxil for over a year, bloodwork showed a decline in Test from bloodwork b4 Paxil.

I was then given the Androgel which works great for my energy, recovery, libido...but hair is falling out a lot and I have a baby in the house I dont feel comfortable around gel

What do you mean by this?

PCT means "Post Cycle Therapy". With TRT, there is no "post", and there is no cycle.

Also, you can't really ask us here what else you will need while on TRT. Most of it depends on your labs. HCG is a good idea to take with your test, since it keeps your fertile and there's a host of other benefits with it.

But for an AI, etc, it all depends on your labs. You'll need to do follow-ups quite often in the beginning, to get yourself into a good range for everything.
